These days it seems like having a blog is pretty much to be expected. Food blogs are even more common. This is something I like because it tells me I’m not alone. There are plenty of other mildly obsessed people out there rhapsodizing over the merits of a particularly good heirloom tomato. People snapping photos of their lovingly prepared meals and sharing those recipes with loyal readers all over the world. Sounds great to me!
Today I’m joining the ranks of all you food bloggers and food blog readers out there simply because I love food and when I love something I want to tell the world. I hope my recipes and my story provides some kind of pleasant escape from the daily grind and some really good food too.
